Common questions about your Tutu account, all in one place.
What is “one login for all”? Which products can I sign in to?
One Tutu account signs you in to every product in the Tutu suite — TutuPP, TutuCut, TutuAudio, TutuWK and 9+ more. You don’t register separately per product. Whether a product integrates TutuId is its choice; once integrated, “sign in with Tutu” is available.
How do I sign out of all devices / all products?
Two ways: ① when signing out from the top-right, choose “Sign out of all Tutu products” to log out every device across the suite; ② go to Account center → “Devices & sessions” to revoke devices one by one or in bulk. After signing out of all, tokens are compared by issue time so old sessions expire instantly.
Want to sign out of just this device, without affecting others?
Yes. When signing out at the top-right, choose “Sign out on this device” to clear only this device’s local session; other devices and signed-in Tutu products stay online, and silent login still works.
If I change my email, will previously authorized products get logged out?
No. Products are linked by your unique account ID, not your email. Changing your email only updates your profile; authorized products keep working with no re-login.
What if I forget my password?
If you can still sign in on any device, change it directly in the Account center via “Change password”. Tutu accounts created via SSO (a third-party account) may have no password set — in that case, leave the password field blank where relevant.
After I delete my account, can the email be registered again?
Yes. After deletion the account is invalidated immediately and signed out everywhere; data is soft-deleted for 30 days, then hard-deleted automatically. The email can be registered again as a new account right after — but for security, the new account is fully independent and inherits no old data or product authorizations.
I don’t want a product using my Tutu account anymore — how do I revoke it?
Go to Account center → “Authorized apps”, find the product and click “Revoke”. After revoking, the product will require you to re-authorize on its next sign-in.
Is my password safe? Can TutuId see it?
No. Passwords are stored as one-way Argon2 hashes with a random salt — we don’t keep and can’t recover the plaintext. See the Security page for details.
