Terms of Service

Welcome to TutuId. TutuId is the unified account and federated identity service for the Tutu suite. By registering or using a Tutu account, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Account use

• You must register with a valid email and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your password safe and do not share it.
• If you notice account misuse or an anomalous login, change your password immediately and "sign out everywhere".
• You must not use a Tutu account for unlawful, infringing, abusive activity or actions that harm the security of the service.

2. Federated identity

A Tutu account can be used to sign in to any Tutu suite product that has integrated TutuId. Whether to integrate and how your identity information is used is decided by each product within its authorization scope and privacy policy. TutuId only issues identity and does not host your business data inside each product. You can revoke any product's authorization at any time in your account center.

3. Service availability

We strive to keep the service stable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or entirely error-free. For interruptions caused by maintenance, upgrades, force majeure or third parties, we are not liable for resulting indirect losses. Whether a product can operate independently of TutuId is decided by each product.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TutuId is provided "as is". For losses caused by your use of or inability to use the service, our liability is limited to the extent provided by law. If your breach of these terms causes losses to us or a third party, you are responsible for them.

5. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time in your account center. After deletion the account is invalidated immediately and signed out on all devices; data is soft-deleted and kept for 30 days, then hard-deleted automatically and irreversibly. After deletion the email can be registered again, but the new account is entirely independent of the old one.

6. Changes to terms

These terms may be updated from time to time; for significant changes we will update the "Last updated" date on this page. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms. For how we handle personal information, see the Privacy Policy.
